Today's Abs Diet Breakfast


4 slices turkey bacon
1 egg & a slice of lowfat cheese on a toasted whole wheat english muffin
1/2 cup of grapes
8 oz Tropicana OJ + Calcium & Vitamin D
1 GNC Mega Men multi-vitamin
1000 mg flaxseed oil

All prepared in the microwave and toaster oven. Prep time, about 6 minutes. No time for breakfast? psshaww!
