A customer asked me Saturday night if I have been working out, so I am encouraged!
Today the pickings are a little slim (groceries tomorrow!), so here is what I had for lunch.
3 slices of turkey topped with mozzarella cheese on a hogie roll. Toasted in the toaster oven, then topped again with spinach, tomatoes, and yummy balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Had a handful of raisins on the side and my "drugs".

one 450mg Damiana leaves capsule
yummy! Calorie count is irrelevant because the abs diet requires no calorie counting :-D. The important thing is that I had three "power foods" (lean meat, low fat dairy, and spinach). Be well!
