If anyone had doubts about Florida's status as an absolutely key swing state in the presidential election, the itineraries of the candidates and their surrogates should put those doubts to rest. APPEARING TODAY Democratic vice-presidential candidate Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, will be at the ICI Center at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.
