Drink Recipe: Banana Barbados

Banana Barbados

3/4 oz Mount Gay® Eclipse rum
3/4 oz Myers's® Jamaican rum
1/2 oz creme de banana
splash of sour mix
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass or wine goblet. Add an extra scoop of ice cream if desired. Float a dash of Myers's on top. Enjoy!!
