After a couple of queries, I decided to post a couple simple Earth Day cocktails.
Green-Tini
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz melon liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Or serve on the rocks.
Ice Cap
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz peppermint schnapps
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Or serve on the rocks.
Ocean Blue
1 oz Bacardi
½ oz blue curacao
¼ oz triple sec
Stir with ice & strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Easy like a cake, upside down!
