The Blue Hawaii was most likely the first cocktail ever made with blue curacao. The legend is that the original drink was created by Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki. The drink has spawned many variations.

Blue Hawaii
1 oz light rum
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz blue curacao
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz sour mix
Combine all ingredients with ice in a large glass, preferably a hurricane. Shake shake shake! Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cherry. Enjoy!
