U Discover Me has had some challenges in 2009, but we have some good news! We are partnering with the all new Beach 92.7 FM in Flagler County as well as a couple of local recording studios. These are great opportunities for you the musician to gain exposure!
First and foremost, we are refocusing our efforts to regional bands in and around Florida, especially those between Orlando and Jacksonville. While we still have a global outlook, we feel that focusing on bands close to us will be of more benefit to all involved. This does not mean we do not want to continue making friends with great musicians all over the world. Generally speaking, though, we will only be listing local bands on www.udiscoverme.com. For now at least...
We will not be actively gathering votes at this time. We will continue to promote your music and at the appropriate time will begin the ranking process again.
THE BIG NEWS
Beach 92.7 is starting a new weekly feature called Club 927. It will be a new music showcase and they are working directly with us to select musicians to be featured on the show. We cannot stress enough how fantastic an opportunity this is for us and YOU!
