Frenchman For The Night
1 1/2 oz Magellan gin
1 1/2 oz Grande Absente
dash of Angostura Bitters
dash of simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Oasis
1 1/2 oz Magellan gin
3/4 oz blue curacao
soda water
slice lemon
sprig of mint
Build over ice garnishing with lemon and mint
