Drink Recipe: Cherry Fizz

Cherry Fizz:

• 1 ½ oz Red Stag by Jim Beam® Infused Bourbon
• 1 part Cranberry Juice
• 2 parts Lemon Sour
• 1 part Lemon-Lime Soda
• 3 Maraschino Cherries
• Lemon Wedge & Cherries for Garnish

Add all ingredients except soda to mixing tin. Add ice and shake well. Pour into serving glass and add more ice if needed. Top with soda and garnish.

TikiFest 2011 Day One: The Drink

Funny story, I love making tropical drinks. I find them very appealing to the senses and I enjoy the creativity involved. It might sound odd, but I don't really enjoy drinking them all that much. I really prefer sour over sweet, so most boat drinks are out. The exception is my Planter's Punch recipe, because it is just that good.

So, drum roll please for the first drink I let someone buy me on birthday week!
