Millie's Poppy Seed Chicken

By popular demand, Millie's Poppy Seed Chicken

4-5 cups cooked chicken
2 cups sour cream
2 packs Ritz crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 stick margarine

Cut up chicken into bit size pieces. Mis soup and sour cream. Crush crackers. Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs. Layer chicken, soup mixture, and crackers into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350(F) for 30 minutes.
