½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 teaspoons whey powder
6 ice cubes, crushed
Makes 2 8-ounce servings
Per serving: 186 calories, 11 g protein, 26 g carbohydrates, 5 g fat (2 g saturated), 3 g fiber, 151 mg sodium
Those who have seen me might have noticed my clothes fitting a little different. This all started when I went back to bartending full time a couple months ago. I realized my "old" bartending clothes weren't fitting quite right! I am holding steady at about 15 pounds lost since Mardi Gras, but the pounds are now moving around to better locations LOL.
